To provide a smoother user experience and maintain system performance, RE·X will regularly clean up accounts that have not logged into the RE·X APP or participated in any activities. The details of the policy are as follows:

Initial Cleanup Policy & Schedule

  • Cleanup Criteria: Accounts that have not logged into the RE·X APP or performed any activities (including but not limited to transactions, check-ins, surveys, or point redemptions) from August 1, 2024 to June 30, 2025.
  • Cleanup Date: July 1, 2025
  • Cleanup Action: All RE·X Points will be cleared and set to zero, and the user will be logged out.

Ongoing Regular Cleanup Policy

  • Starting from July 1, 2025, account cleanups will be conducted every six months.
  • If a member logs into the RE·X APP and performs any activity (including but not limited to transactions, check-ins, surveys) during the six-month period (e.g., July 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025), all member benefits will be automatically extended to the end of the next six-month period (e.g., June 30, 2026).
  • This policy will continue in the same fashion moving forward.

Example

  • If a member logs into the RE·X APP and performs any of the mentioned activities between August 1, 2024 and June 30, 2025, their benefits will be extended to December 31, 2025.
  • If they log in and participate in activities again between July 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025, their benefits will be extended to June 30, 2026.
  • If they continue to participate between January 1, 2026 and June 30, 2026, the benefits will extend to December 31, 2026.
