  2. Shop at FamilyMart and scan the Mart Reward barcode – 50 RE·X Points are deducted immediately.
  3. Wait 5–10 minutes – the system automatically credits a random 1 – 5 RE·X Points rebate to your RE·X account.

1. Before You Use Mart Reward

1.1 Eligibility

  • You must be a valid registered RE·X member.
  • You must hold at least one usable chance for Mart Reward.
  • Your shopping-credit balance must be equal to or higher than the store threshold.
    • Credits with an expiry date are excluded from the threshold check.
      • Example: If you hold 60 RE·X Points but 20 RE·X Points are expiring, only 40 RE·X Points count toward the threshold, so Mart Reward cannot be activated.

1.2 Threshold & Deduction

  • The threshold equals the one-time deduction amount.
  • FamilyMart threshold: 50 RE·X Points.
    • Balance < 50 RE·X Points → Mart Reward cannot be used.
    • Balance ≥ 50 RE·X Points → 50 RE·X Points are deducted at checkout; no change is given.

1.3 Rebate Flow

  1. Pay at the FamilyMart cashier and complete the transaction.
  2. RE·X confirms the purchase within 5–10 minutes.
  3. A random 1 – 5 RE·X Points rebate is automatically credited to your RE·X account.

Example
Checkout 85 RE·X Points → Barcode deducts 50 RE·X Points → Pay 35 RE·X Points → 5–10 min later receive a random 1 – 5 RE·X Points rebate.

2. FamilyMart Voucher Redemption Notes

  1. The voucher is bearer-type; lost or damaged vouchers are not re-issued.
  2. Single-use only – the cashier collects the voucher after redemption; no returns.
  3. Expired vouchers are invalid; not accepted at non-FamilyMart franchises.
  4. Voucher-related questions (face value, in-store rules, redemption flow) → contact FamilyMart Customer Service 0800-221-363.
  5. Not combinable with other promotions.
  6. Must be used in one go – no change, no cash back, no substitution.
  7. Valid only at stores that issue FamilyMart invoices; FamiPickup, Fami+1, voucher redemption, agency/consignment, tobacco are excluded.
  8. If the barcode cannot be scanned, print the voucher or import it to FamilyMart App / My FamiPort App:
    • App: CoupLink → enter reward PIN.
    • FamiPort kiosk: Reward → reward PIN → re-print card → print voucher.

3. Restrictions at FamilyMart

  • Not valid at TRA stations, certain schools, factories or mall outlets that do not issue FamilyMart invoices.
  • Not valid for agency payments, tobacco, or stored-value services (e.g., EasyCard top-up).
  • No cash back or change; one transaction, one use.
  • The 1 – 5 RE·X Points rebate is credited within 5–10 minutes after successful deduction.

4. Responsibility & Support

  • Points deducted via Mart Reward cannot be refunded.
  • Disputes unrelated to the deduction are handled by the convenience store.
  • Shopping-credit balance, usable chances, or feature issues → contact RE·X Customer Support.
  • Keep your account and device secure; improper use may lead to suspension or termination of the service.
  • RE·X reserves the final right of interpretation for the Mart Reward feature and its regulations.
