To provide a smoother user experience and better system performance, we will be conducting a semi-annual account cleanup for accounts matching the conditions below.

Cleanup Period: July 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025

⚠️ During this period, the following accounts will be subject to cleanup:

  1. Users who have logged in to the RE·X APP but have not performed any activities such as daily check-in, filling out surveys, making transactions, or redeeming points.
  2. Users who have never logged in to the RE·X APP.

ℹ️ Not sure about your account status? Simply complete a Daily Check-in to retain your account and benefits.

Cleanup Date: January 5, 2026 (Monday) – RE·X Points will be reset to zero
